Limited editions Thamesmead 01 and 02 are inspired by the brutalist facades and structures found on the Thamesmead South estate in the London borough of Bexley. The estate was built between the late 1960s and early 1970s as a post-war modernist vision of living. The estate appeared as the backdrop for Stanley Kubrick’s infamous film A Clockwork Orange (1971). After falling into serious disrepair the area and buildings are now undergoing major regeneration.

We are happy to announce our collaboration with Standard Hotels UK. The new Standard opened in Kings Cross, London summer 2019 and as part of their marketing offer we collaborated on this tasty chocolate treat. An Oscar Francis brutalist chocolate bar with our original design for the facade of the building printed into the chocolate!

The new limited edition print of original hand drawing Welbeck Street Car Park has been added to the gallery. The drawing is inspired by the diamond patterned concrete facade of the Welbeck Street car park located in Marylebone, north of Oxford Street, London. This car park was designed by Michael Blampied and Partners in 1971.
