We are happy to announce our collaboration with Standard Hotels UK. The new Standard opened in Kings Cross, London summer 2019 and as part of their marketing offer we collaborated on this tasty chocolate treat. An Oscar Francis brutalist chocolate bar with our original design for the facade of the building printed into the chocolate!

Oscar Francis has been invited to be one of the guest judges this Friday evening at CZWG late studio drawing event. Following this year’s LFA2019 theme of Boundaries, CZWG are hosting an architectural colouring-in competition. There will be drinks + nibbles while you complete your colourful masterpieces. This is one of the many brilliant events happening at the London Festival of Architecture. It’s a free event, so RSVP  and come along!

The new limited edition print of original hand drawing Welbeck Street Car Park has been added to the gallery. The drawing is inspired by the diamond patterned concrete facade of the Welbeck Street car park located in Marylebone, north of Oxford Street, London. This car park was designed by Michael Blampied and Partners in 1971. 

Print size : A2 - 42cm x 59.4cm

This is a giclee print on heavy 308gsm matt fine art paper. 

30 editions available only, numbered and signed by the artist.

Now available in my online gallery the latest addition to the Shapes of Brutalism collection! This open edition print is inspired by the concrete facade of the Welbeck Street car park located in Marylebone, north of Oxford Street, in the City of Westminster, London. This striking car park was designed by Michael Blampied and Partners in 1971. This print is available in three sizes.

Originally created as a submission for the London Transport Museum's London Stories competition, this limited edition print of The Birds E11 graphic illustration is inspired by the facade of 527-529 High Road Leytonstone. This building sits adjacent to Alfred Hitchcock’s birthplace and features a dramatic mural that celebrates one of his most famous films. In this illustration the birds take flight off of the front of the building as Hitchcock waves goodbye to a London bus.

There are just 50 numbered and signed prints available.
